Addressing Water Ingress and Enhancing Usability in a West Wickham Walkway Roof
Our client in West Wickham encountered water ingress issues with their walkway roof and sought to transform this space into a more functional and attractive area.
Of course, Morgan Asphalte were happy to take-on the challenge and carried-out a comprehensive roof renovation project where our work encompassed a complete overhaul of the roof covering.
To addressed the ingress issues we replaced the defective upstands, rectified the damaged areas and meticulously repaired all fractures. Additionally, we applied a Solar reflective white paint to the exposed asphalt - enhancing its appearance, durability and protection against the elements.
The final touch involved installing purpose-made protective tiling across the entire area. This not only fortified the roof but also converted the space into a versatile terrace, allowing our client to take advantage of the walkway roof area the whole year round.
